What is Event Concepts Guam?

Event Concepts Guam is Guam's premier full-service entertainment company with over 35 years of experience. We are the home of Music Sensation — Guam's most trusted DJ service — and Freeze Frame Guam — our premium photo booth and 360° spin video booth service.

We serve all types of events across the island including weddings, debuts, birthdays, military events, corporate functions, government ceremonies, and private parties.

How long have you been in business?

Music Sensation has been Guam's DJ service of choice since 1990 — over 35 years serving the island. Freeze Frame Guam, our photo booth division, has grown from that same foundation of experience and professionalism that the community has come to trust.

What areas on Guam do you serve?

We serve the entire island of Guam. From Dededo to Merizo, from Tumon Bay hotels to village community centers — wherever your event is, we'll be there. Travel fees may apply for certain remote locations; we'll let you know upfront when you inquire.

Can I book both DJ and photo booth services together?

Absolutely — and we recommend it. Booking both Music Sensation and Freeze Frame Guam together means one team, one point of contact, and a seamless experience from start to finish. Bundle bookings also come with package savings. Contact us to discuss your full event package.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible — especially for weddings and large events. Peak season on Guam (summer and holiday months) fills up fast. For weddings, 6–12 months in advance is ideal. For birthdays and corporate events, 1–3 months ahead is generally sufficient, though we always try to accommodate last-minute requests when availability allows.

Do you work with event coordinators and venues?

Yes — we've worked with virtually every major venue and event coordinator on Guam. We're experienced collaborating with hotels like the Hilton, Hyatt, Westin, and Hotel Nikko, as well as independent venues and outdoor locations. If you have a coordinator, feel free to have them reach out directly.

What types of music does Music Sensation play?

Music Sensation plays everything — Top 40, R&B, hip hop, reggae, EDM, Chamorro classics, Filipino OPM, country, jazz, oldies, and everything in between. With 35+ years of experience reading Guam crowds, we know exactly how to keep every generation on the dance floor.

Before your event, we work with you to build a custom playlist with your must-plays and do-not-plays. Your event, your music.

Do you provide MC services?

Yes. MC services are available and can be included with your DJ package. Our MCs are experienced with Guam weddings, debuts, and formal events — keeping programs on track, making announcements, and keeping the energy high throughout your event.

What equipment does Music Sensation bring?

We bring professional-grade sound systems scaled to your venue size, DJ booth setup, professional lighting, and all necessary cables and backups. For larger productions we also offer stage rental, projection mapping, uplighting, fog machines, cold sparklers, and full sound production.

How early does the DJ arrive to set up?

We typically arrive 1.5 to 2 hours before the event start time to set up and sound check. For larger productions with staging and additional equipment, we may need earlier access. We coordinate directly with your venue to ensure setup runs smoothly.

Can the DJ play at an outdoor venue?

Yes. We've played at outdoor venues across Guam — beaches, parks, hotel gardens, and private properties. For outdoor events we recommend discussing the location in advance so we can bring the appropriate sound system for the space and account for any weather considerations.

What happens if the DJ has an emergency on my event day?

With 35+ years in the business, we have a network of experienced backup support. In the extremely unlikely event of an emergency, we have contingency plans in place to ensure your event is never left without entertainment. We treat every booking as a commitment we take seriously.

Photo Booth Questions

What's the difference between the classic photo booth and the 360° spin booth?

The classic photo booth takes high-definition photos and prints them instantly — guests walk away with a physical keepsake in seconds. It's perfect for all ages and works beautifully at weddings, debuts, and family events.

The 360° spin booth creates cinematic slow-motion video clips as a camera arm rotates around guests on a platform. The result is a shareable video that looks incredible on social media. It's a showstopper at milestone events and corporate parties.

Are prints really unlimited?

Yes — unlimited prints means exactly that. Every guest can print as many times as they want during your booking period at no additional charge. There are no hidden per-print fees or caps on the number of sessions.

Can I customize the photo print layout?

Absolutely. Every booking includes a custom-designed print layout featuring your event name, date, and any design elements you choose — colors, patterns, logos, and more. Our team will work with you before the event to finalize the design to your liking.

How do guests access their photos after the event?

Within 24–48 hours after your event, all photos and videos are uploaded to a private digital gallery on Fotoshare. You'll receive a gallery link to share with your guests so they can view and download their memories anytime. You can also find your event gallery on our Find My Photos page.

How much space does the photo booth need?

The classic photo booth needs a minimum of 8ft x 8ft of clear space. The 360° spin booth requires at least 12ft x 12ft to accommodate the rotating arm and guest movement. Both booths require access to a standard 110V power outlet within 25 feet. If you're unsure about your venue space, just let us know and we can help assess.

Is there an attendant at the booth the whole time?

Yes — always. Every Freeze Frame Guam booking includes a professional on-site operator who manages the booth from setup to breakdown. They assist guests, troubleshoot any issues, manage the print queue, and make sure everyone has a great experience. You never have to worry about the booth.

Can I password-protect my photo gallery?

Yes. When we add your event to our gallery page, we can set it as private with a password that only you and your guests know. This is popular for corporate events and military functions where privacy is important. Just let us know when booking and we'll set it up.

Booking & Payment

How do I book Event Concepts Guam?

The easiest way to get started is to fill out our booking inquiry form on the homepage, the Music Sensation page, or the Freeze Frame Guam page. You can also call or WhatsApp us directly at (671) 688-1424 (Music Sensation) or (671) 929-3434 (Freeze Frame Guam).

Do you require a deposit?

For Freeze Frame Guam photo booth bookings, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon signing the service agreement to secure your date. The remaining balance is due before the start of your event. For Music Sensation DJ bookings, payment terms are discussed at the time of booking.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash and check (payable to Event Concepts Guam). Please contact us if you have questions about other payment arrangements.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 15 days prior to the event date. Cancellations within 15 days of the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit. If you need to reschedule, we'll do our best to accommodate your new date based on availability — reschedule requests must be made at least 7 days in advance.

What if my event runs over the booked time?

We understand events sometimes run long — it happens! Overtime is billed at a per-hour rate agreed upon in your contract. As long as we know in advance or have availability, we're happy to extend. Just give your operator a heads up before the scheduled end time.

Do you have a contract?

Yes — all Freeze Frame Guam bookings are covered by a service agreement that protects both you and us. The contract outlines services booked, event details, payment terms, cancellation policy, and photo consent. We'll send it to you as part of the booking process. Music Sensation also uses a service contract for all bookings.
